These photos are from the collection of the late Inez Johnson, Helen's mom. The photos, many of them over 80 years old, have been scanned and left at a higher resolution in order to capture the essence of a time long passed and forgotten. Photos with dates and locations are so noted, and others are left as "unknown " . All photos included, form a timeline in the life of Miss Helen Johnson. For those of us who knew her, Miss Helen was an extremely private person. These photos reveal a side of her unknown to us- a truly remarkable woman who led a long and fruitful life. Please join us as we take a step back in time to get a glimpse of the early years of the woman we fondly knew as "Miss Helen".
